Carrot Orange & Ginger Smoothie
2 medium oranges Method
2 medium carrots
Thumb sized piece of ginger
Small pice of turmeric about 3cm long
2 tablespoons of medium oatmeal
100g ice
1. Peel oranges and carrots
2. Grate ginger and turmeric
3. Add all ingredients to a blender
4. Blend adding water until you
reach your desired consistency.
Drink and enjoy.
