Kale Pineapple & Cashew Smoothie
2 handfuls of kale Method
Handful of fresh or tinned pineapple
Half a ripe avocado
Juice of half a lime
Thumb sized piece of ginger
10-12 cashews
1 banana
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend adding water until you reach your desired consistency.
Drink and enjoy.
