All About the Olive
Ioannis and Katie founded All about the olive after a visit to the Greek islands. The Island has a authentic charm that has drawn us to return time and time again. Having loved the Island so much they ended getting married there in 2014. One of the things that attracted Ioannis & Katie to the Lesvos was the food. Both are very passionate about good food and quality organic ingredients and Lesvos has this in abundance. Lesvos is especially famous for Ouzo and olive oil. The history of olive oil production goes back over 1000 years. We were delighted to have discovered an organic press producing sensational olive oil only 15 minutes to where they were staying. Both tried this oil, ordered as much as they could take home and haven't looked back. "We believe this is the best olive oil you can buy, we hope you do too"- Ioannis & Katie
