Blasus Welshcakes is a family-run business, nestled in the heart of Carmarthenshire, and we're passionate about creating the very best Welshcakes. We take pride in crafting our award winning welshcakes by hand, using the finest ingredients. 'We like to think our Welshcakes bring the taste of tradition, with every bite designed to bring a delightful treat. From classic to inspired flavours, we make our Welshcakes in small batches, using delicious Welsh butter, eggs, and milk. They’re hand rolled, cut, and griddled, then generously sprinkled with sugar. We truly believe there’s a Welshcake for everyone, whether you love the traditional version or, like my grandson, prefer something a bit different – his absolute favourite is our Chocolate & Caramel Welshcake!'
