Owen and Tanya Margan started their sausage business in Llandysul after working on several free range pig farm in Australia over a year they were taught a lot about how free range farming and how to run a successful business. Once returning to wales the couple changed career paths and started Myrddin heritage.Rearing a variety of slow-growing pig breeds on their small holding the pair use only prime cuts to produce their hand made , free range sausages. Starting small they now have a wide range of “proper posh” sausages and bacon.
