Originally an off-shoot of the London institution that is Neals Yard Dairy, way back in 1996 Charlie Westhead moved out to Herefordshire to set up Neals Yard Creamery. Based in the village of Dortone overlooking the river Wye, Charlie and the team produce and supply us with a lovely range of pot-set yoghurts, crème fraiche, and soft cheeses.
