The idea for our small business came to us as we personally discovered the philosophy of ‘slow living’. We had just moved to Switzerland and discovered the beautiful Alps, and the amazing sense of wonder and simplicity they instilled. We also formed a closer connection to the food we were eating through the beautiful local farmers markets at the centre of every Alpine village.
