Having worked in the catering industry for over 25 years, founder Ben Moss has developed a unique style of cooking and is passionate about creating wonderful vegetarian and vegan food. They hope their products will come to the rescue weather you have tricky eaters come for dinner or are simply lovers for the pant based diet. All of the Parsnips ships mash-ups are and crafted by Flo & Ben and packaged in their kitchen in Ogmore Valley.
