Full-time Retail Team Member

4 days per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

You would have to be an enthusiastic & positive individual, possessing the wide range of skills required, to fulfil this role. You would be based in our Lampeter premises, with some shifts in our Aberaeron shop & also extra shifts to cover staff holidays if needed.

Retail experience is an advantage, as you would be serving customers & undertaking day-to-day tasks, such as cleaning and restocking produce & vegetables.

In addition, you would work in our warehouse, checking in stock, stocking shelves, unloading deliveries, carrying heavy sacks & stacking produce.

The ability to work at height & have an understanding of manual handling procedures & use of forklift is therefore essential.

Having a valid driving licence, is also a requirement, as part of this role would entail delivering stock to our Aberaeron shop, In our van, one morning a week.

We are looking for a flexible individual, who is able to balance the retail role, with the physical demands of working in the warehouse environment, so, if you are:

• able to respond to direction, pick up systems quickly & multi task
• able to communicate effectively within a team
• can provide a high level of customer service to our lovely customers
• can engage with customers and discuss the products on offer
• able to pay attention to detail
• able to work well under pressure, within the seasonal demands of retail, then we would love to hear from you
