No3. Soft set and slightly less peel. A complex just with a luxurious velvety texture. Deliciously bittersweet with hints of orangey caramel.
During the winter months whilst the bees await the warmth of spring, January is marked by the arrival of Amadora's seville oranges. For a short time, it is marmalade season.
The oranges are slowly baked, sliced by hand and gently cooked in large copper pans. We add only organic Cuban sugar, Sicilian lemons and a little Coedcanlas honey.
