Originally a recipe thrown together with bits and bobs in the store cupboard, this sauce originates from Naples where luckily there were fresh yummy tomatoes, capers and olives lying around! Mr Organic's recipe is pretty traditional, adding a pinch of chilli to enhances the complimentary flavours of the other ingredients.
